Education is an occupation that definitely does not start one specific philosophy. Each philosophy is as variant and unique as the instructor learn. It is important to develop a in-person philosophy education and this is something that should be done forrader a unused teacher even beings teaching. These philosophies and views wholeow new teachers to state what type of teacher they exigency to be and what they accept to accomplish and how. Even the great educators like Aristotle, Plato and Socrates had their own philosophies on education.
My personal believes probably differ from most people, but that is what makes my teaching style unique and my own. I feel that teachers should not single teach, but they should lead also. Many bookmans look up to their teachers as role models and teachers should provide excellent characteristics to aspire to. In my credit and from my prior education, students not only need constructive reproach but they need to be praised frequently. It is my philosophy that students should be praised unendingly for their hard naturalize. I believe that praise truly makes idiosyncratic work harder.
Teachers should also not exclude students. Each student should receive an equal education from the teachers.



Although some students require to a greater extent guidance and attention and teacher should never give up on a student no matter how severe they are to work with. I firmly believe that all students create the capability to learn they just need to have confidence which is something a teacher can provide them. No student is too stupid of too troubled to learn. It is my personal philosophy that teachers should never give up on their students and they should work their hardest to make sure each student reaches the curriculum guidelines.
