SuccessEvent Vendor Agreement
This sympathy is among SuccessEvent Inc. and …(hereafter referred to as vendor).

I-Planner agrees to provide:
* Complimentary parking for vendor and staff
* property to install materials and equipment
* One individual on site to displace as coordinator with vendor

II-Vendor agrees to provide:
* Service requested by SuccessEvents client
* All equipment and staff needed for the event
* Proof of insurance
III-Fees
SuccessEvent Inc. pass on provide the following wagess to Vendor.
* Deposit of 40% upon achievement of agreement.
* Balance of 60% of the total cost between 1 to 7 days after the Event
V-Cancellation
If the vendor cancels for any reason, it will forfeit all funds received or imputable and will repay the company any funds march on for this event. If SuccessEvent cancels its service for any reason, it will provide the following payment to vendor.




* Cancellation between 15 to 60 days (included) before the event: 25% of total event cost
* Cancellation less than 15 days before event: 75% of total event cost

VI-Acceptance and full agreement
This agreement constitutes the full agreement. twain SuccessEvent and the Vendor must approve any changes to this agreement in writing.
