When working with adult groups, drawship can be an primal factor. The case
loss leadership is important is because to really impact adults you carry to be strong and forceful with
your thoughts and actions. Being in the armament for some years, I have seen two good and forged
leaders for soldiers. When being a leader we should always do a self evaluation on how and
what we want to bring through when working with individuals. I have always set destructions for myself
and the goal that I set for myself when I joined the Army was to strike out as an E-7(Sergeant First
Class), but I am now an E-8(First Sergeant). The reason I feel that I excelled with promotion is
that when I was in foreign mission of a task or soldiers, I took charge and never regretted my decisions.
One example I want to cherish is when I was stationed at Ft. Stewart, Ga. I was a squad leader of
six soldiers and there was another female squad leader who had the same amount of soldiers.
The difference in the leadership styles of both of us made her soldiers feel more comfortable
public lecture to me and this was a conflict for us.



She felt that her soldiers had no right talk of the town to me
about anything, because she was their squad leader and they should come to her if they had
problems. Being in charge does not mean that you have to be sullen on your soldiers, sometimes
we have to have compassion for what they need. If you treat soldiers with respect they will
work for you and accomplish the mission that has been appoint to them and no matter what I
have always do by soldiers fairly and with respect. As leaders, we should be able to recognize
our shortfalls in order to better serve our employees, and if we cant do this our leadership ability
