The purpose of this subsidisation is to help you create a quick-reference document that allows you to find primaeval formatting instructions in the APA manual, 6th edition. 1. Describe 5 elements of a title page. Which are not utilise in student papers?| The five elements included in a title page are the title, the running head, author byline, institutional affiliation, and the authors note. 2. What is a running head vs. a heading?| Running heads are telescoped titles usually at the top of the pages. Its used to help call the material for the readers. They should be a max of 50 characters including either spaces, comas, etc. Headers should not be labeled with numbers or letters.

3. What format is prescribed for the title?| Titles should be self explanatory especially when it stands alone. It should not be longer than 12 words, but should still summarize the main topic of the paper/article.
