The purpose of this subsidisation is to help you create a quick-reference document that allows you to find primaeval formatting instructions in the APA manual, 6th edition. Once you perk up this document ready, you will be able to answer and down all of the formatting issues that ar common to papers in your nursing classes รข"this is an important assignment for you!

1. Describe 5 elements of a title page. Which are not utilise in student papers?| The five elements included in a title page are the title, the running head, author byline, institutional affiliation, and the authors note. 2. What is a running head vs. a heading?| Running heads are telescoped titles usually at the top of the pages. Its used to help call the material for the readers. They should be a max of 50 characters including either spaces, comas, etc. Headers should not be labeled with numbers or letters.

3. What format is prescribed for the title?| Titles should be self explanatory especially when it stands alone. It should not be longer than 12 words, but should still summarize the main topic of the paper/article. Stay away from abbreviations and words that are not useful, to avoid making the title too long.| |
