INTRODUCTION
As I began to watch the flick Passion of the Christ (Gibson 2004), I began to make that there were a lot of similarities between this movie and the book of account story. However, after watching certain scenes again, I in addition complete that not everything in the movie and Bible were the same. The movie had a few scenes that were not in the Bible. Below, I will comp ar and contrast some similarities and differences between the Bible story from Luke and The Passion of the Christ.
BEGINNING
The Passion of the Christ starts tabu in the Garden of Olives and savior is praying after the last supper. While savior is praying, a qat in a long black coat with a dark hood, pale skin, and dark eyes hovers over savior and mumbles some words. The man in the dark coat turns come on to be the devil and he tells Jesus that God cannot do anything for him and there is no reason to pray. The devil then sends unwrap a snake which slithers around Jesus until Jesus in the long run labors up and steps on it and kills the snake.



Although the devil was menti sensationd briefly in the Bible, Simon, Simon, behold Satan has demanded to sift all of you like wheat, however I have prayed that your own faith will not fail; and once you have turned back, you must confirm your brothers. (Luke 22:31 New American Bible) Other than this one quote the devil was not mentioned during the time that Jesus was praying in the garden in the Bible, nor did the snake get mentioned either.
After praying, a crowd of angry townspeople came running into the garden. They were looking for Jesus of Nazareth. In Passion on the Christ, a fight breaks out between everybody and Judas betrays Jesus with a kiss on the cheek. This was also in the bible from Luke 22:48, Jesus said to him, Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?
