Did you know over 40 million animals are killed each year because plurality wishing to wear their skin (Compassionate Action found)? The Compassionate Action Institute reports that many wild animals suffer horribly in steel-jaw leg-hold traps where they sometimes wait for long periods of time before the trapper comes to kill them. some animals are also raised under terrible conditions on fur ranches and are killed in the worst manner so that people can wear fur (Compassionate Action Institute). Animals immediately do not only turn in to worry about getting killed for their skin or fur; many different animals such as mice, rats, cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, monkeys are dying in merciless and crude medical and product-testing experiments (Peta2). Killing animals for their skin or in time companies who test their own products on animals is wrong and should be make illegal around the world. For many year countries like japan and Norway killed whales for their body parts; their meat is considered a delicacy in many countries (Compassionate Action Institute). The compassionate Institute reports that the whales oil from their bodies has been used to make lipstick, shoe polish, margarine and transmission system oil for cars.
As many kinds of whales are quickly on their way to extinction, it is now against the law to kill whales for food anyplace in the world (Compassionate Action Institute).
People can be the difference they require to see in the world, we just have to do something to stop it. Killing animals just so that people can make a fashion statement with fur clothing is selfish and wrong.
